What inspired the creation of @ineedlanguage.com?

La iniciativa de crear  @ineedlanguage.com nace como respuesta concreta a la creciente necesidad de conexión y comunicación efectiva entre la comunidad hispana y la angloparlante y tiene como objetivo principal, facilitar el aprendizaje de español y de inglés y promover la integración, la inclusión social y la mejora de la calidad de vida de todos los miembros de la comunidad. En los últimos años, el aumento significativo de migrantes en el mundo ha generado nuevos retos y oportunidades en ámbitos clave como el trabajo, la educación, la salud y la vida cotidiana, entre otros. Muchas personas necesitan aprender a hablar inglés para comunicarse mejor en su trabajo, en la escuela de sus hijos o en su vida diaria y al mismo tiempo, hay muchas personas que necesitan el español para poder comunicarse con sus vecinos, sus compañeros, sus empleados y hasta con su familia adquirida. Esta plataforma busca crear  un espacio sencillo, útil, accesible y agradable para que todos puedan aprender ambos idiomas para facilitarles de alguna manera, el proceso de integración mutua a su nueva realidad. 

The initiative to create @ineedlanguage.com is as a concrete response to the growing need for connection and effective communication between the Hispanic and English-speaking communities. Its main objective is to facilitate the Spanish and English learning process learning and to promote integration, social inclusion, and an improved quality of life for all members of the community. In recent years, the significant increase of immigrants in the world has generated new challenges and opportunities in key areas such as work, education, healthcare, and daily life, among others. People need to speak English to communicate better at work, at their children's school, or in their daily lives. At the same time, many people need Spanish to communicate with their neighbors, colleagues, employees, and even with their extended family. This platform seeks to create a simple, useful, accessible, and enjoyable space for everyone to learn both languages, thereby facilitating the process of mutual integration into their new reality.

@Ineedlanguage.com nace con el propósito de acompañar a personas de todo el mundo en su proceso de aprendizaje de idiomas de manera flexible, práctica y accesible. Creemos que aprender una nueva lengua no solo abre puertas profesionales y académicas, sino que también fortalece los lazos humanos y culturales que nos conectan.
Nuestro equipo está compuesto por profesionales en idiomas, de origen latino que han estudiado idiomas y se han formado a nivel superior. Como migrantes, entendemos de primera mano la necesidad creciente de comunicación que existe al vivir, trabajar o estudiar en un entorno donde se habla un idioma diferente.
Por eso, hemos diseñado una plataforma que combina recursos interactivos, métodos efectivos de autoaprendizaje y acompañamiento humano, para que cada estudiante pueda avanzar a su propio ritmo y alcanzar sus metas lingüísticas con confianza.

Our team is made up of language professionals, of Latin origin, who have studied languages and have received higher education. As migrants, we understand firsthand the growing need for communication that arises when living, working, or studying in an environment where a different language is spoken.
